… To The Lost Ones’

Yes, this is an appeal,

But its not what you think, well sort of.  It involves your participation, as appeals do involve participation upon those to whom the appeal is made.  But this appeal differs in the sense that, no one is going to call upon you, send you any mail asking for money, but it will require you to give, which I will explain momentarily.

I’m not going to give you statistics, you can find those all over the net.  You don’t need numbers because you see the faces everyday.  You see them all over.  Enough to know that there are too many.  Maybe depending upon where you live, you can’t go 1 block without seeing their faces.  People, who are, Homeless, i.e. without shelter.  

There’s something wrong with that word isn’t it?  Homeless.  If you keep saying it over and over in your mind you start to see what I’m saying, the word just doesn’t sound right.  Those without a home.  Like who, in their right mind would be without some place to live, given a choice, right?   Many.  Many find themselves sometimes through no fault of their own, and many who made wrong choices, both find themselves in a homeless situation. 

But let’s face it.  We know why people are homeless.  We say society is @ fault, the government, some unforeseen disaster, or the economy.  Whatever reasons we come up with, never really get us to the heart of the matter.
